This is a great apartment for those wishing to maximise their skiing time as it is situated only a few minutes walk from the bottom of the Nyon slope which is part of the Morzine ski area. For mountain bikers there is a fantastic run from the Nyon Plateau down to the apartment.
The apartment has a habitable area of 27m², though the total floor area is more than that: the apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) so some of the ceilings are sloping, which adds to the charm of the property. It faces south-west with a view of the ski piste that comes down through the woods.

Pointe Nyon is one of the best peaks in the whole Portes du Soleil, and offers excellent snow on its north facing slopes. The home run back to the apartment is one of the best in the resort and offers fast cruising blue runs for all abilities.
The town centre is about a 900 metre (15 min) walk from the apartment; however a free shuttle stops outside the building to access the centre in a couple of minutes.
